| The boy and I |
I got to know a guy at a New Year’s party. We were in
the same year at school and had a lot of mutual friends but we’d never really
spoken. From that day forward we were pretty inseparable (yet it took him
another 2 and a half month to actually ask me out!). We moved in together about
2 and a half years later and 2 years after that we were engaged! We planned our
wedding for March 17th 2013 on the date of our 8 year anniversary.
I
have loved wedding planning and have completed 2 wedding planning diplomas. I
think its kept me calm in our wedding planning so far and as I’ve got a few
friends getting married I’ve been able to be there offering help and advice.
This
year I graduated from university with a BSC in Psychology and counselling and
have got a job as a social worker. How grown up! Not sure how the transition
from student to full time worker is going hehe.
On
a personal level I love travelling and photography (you can see my Flickr account here) and of course wedding planning!
